Puddle Pirates is our Off-Duty unit apparel brand that is designed to help build funds for the morale committee in each individual unit and gives service members a fun was to unify and show their gratitude towards their unit.

"Puddle pirate" is a derogatory, yet often affectionate, slang term for the United States Coast Guard, used to contrast its near-shore duties with those of the ocean-going United States Navy. It implies that the Coast Guard's operational area is limited to shallow water, like "puddles," rather than the deep sea.
